"Protect, balance, support"—the 3 steps of Longevity care

LEVEL 2 Skin Longevity Care
KAIAN R&D Team |

Step 1: Protect -- Minimize Skin Damage

UV protection means SPF 30+ daily. For antioxidant care, using a vitamin C serum in the morning reduces damage from UV and free radicals. For barrier protection, moisturize immediately after cleansing, with ceramide-containing products being ideal.

Step 2: Balance -- Maintain Skin Equilibrium

For hydration balance, be mindful of both water and oil content. To normalize turnover, avoid excessive exfoliation. Using mildly acidic products to preserve the commensal bacterial balance is also important.

Step 3: Support -- Strengthen Skin's Intrinsic Capacity

Peptide care sends collagen synthesis signals, while fermented ingredients support the commensal bacterial balance. Additionally, proper nutrition -- adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and sufficient hydration -- provides care from the inside out.

Getting the Priorities Right

The key point is that Step 1 is the most important, and Step 3 should only be addressed after Step 1 is in place. Using expensive serums without applying sunscreen is like pouring water into a bucket with holes. Perfect your "protection" first, then move on to the next steps.
