7. Special Provisions for AI Skin Diagnosis Service & EVOLURE
In our AI Skin Diagnosis Service (including EVOLURE AI Skin Diagnosis), we handle personal information and image data based on the following policies.
- Non-Storage of Facial Images: Facial photos uploaded or taken for diagnosis are not stored on our servers after processing. Processing is performed in volatile memory and discarded immediately after results are generated.
- Storage of Diagnosis Results: Text-based diagnosis result data such as scores and recommended formulations are stored only for the period defined by the Company, for the purpose of service quality improvement and personalized information delivery to members.
- Reference Information Only: AI Skin Diagnosis results are reference information only, not medical diagnosis or prescription. The Company makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of diagnostic results.
- Restrictions on Third-Party Provision: Diagnosis result data is not provided to third parties without customer consent, except as defined in Article 4.

Customers wishing to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of their personal information should contact us; we will respond promptly after identity verification, in accordance with applicable law. See Contact Information in Section 8 below.
